Nexus is the place where you go to heal, plan and trade. You spawn near 4 fountains where you can heal 100hp/sec but only 1 person at a time. Go north from there and ull see the market. Here you can uh items for fame or gold from the venders. Go north again and ull reach the area with realm portals that transport u to oryx's minions. The nexus is usually safe from oryx and his minions so use it well.
